To Our Unitholders

Japan Real Estate Investment Corporation (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the summary of its business performance and financial results for the period ended September 2023. During the period under review, the Company recorded operating revenues totaling JPY 38,627 million, ordinary profit amounting to JPY 17,086 million, and profit of JPY 17,075 million.

As a result, the Company has determined that it will pay out a dividend per unit of JPY 12,000 for the period under review. We will continue to work closely with our asset manager Japan Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. to achieve sustainable growth and steady performance from a medium to long-term perspective.

Moreover, we will communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance sustainability by deeming it a priority issue, which will in turn help maximize our unitholder value.
